A contracting company built around one crew and one standard
Luxury Design General Cont LLC is led by Miguel Angel Rios Mendoza, who built the company on a simple idea: the crew that gives you the estimate should be the crew standing in your kitchen eight weeks later.
We are based in Auburn, Washington, and we work on the kind of projects most homeowners only do once: a kitchen that finally fits how the family actually cooks, a bathroom rebuilt for a parent who cannot manage a step-down shower anymore, an addition that has to match a roofline built forty years before either of us was on the job.
That kind of work does not tolerate a revolving door of subcontractors. We keep the same core crew from the first day of demo to the final walkthrough, and we keep the license, bond and insurance that make that promise mean something on paper, not just in conversation.
Miguel is on the job site, not just in the office. If a wall does not want to come down the way the drawing said it would, he is the one making the call on what happens next.
