What we build

Six kinds of projects, one contract structure

Every project below runs on the same terms: a free in-home estimate, a fixed-price written contract, permits handled on our end, and the same crew from the first day to the last.

Remodeled kitchen with marble island and custom cabinetry

01

Kitchen remodeling

The kitchen is usually the reason people call us. We handle everything from a cosmetic refresh to a full gut that moves plumbing and takes out a load-bearing wall, with cabinetry and counters specified to fit how the space actually gets used.

  • Custom cabinetry, islands and pantry builds
  • Quartz, granite and natural stone counters
  • Layout changes, including load-bearing walls
  • Lighting, electrical and appliance upgrades

02

Bathroom renovation

Small footprint, high stakes. We rebuild bathrooms around better waterproofing, real ventilation, and layouts that account for who is actually going to use the room in ten years, not just this year.

  • Walk-in and curbless showers
  • Heated floors and proper exhaust ventilation
  • Double-vanity and accessible layouts
  • Full waterproofing and plumbing rework

03

Home additions

More square footage without a move. Additions live or die on the details that do not show up in a rendering: matched rooflines, siding that does not look patched, and a structural engineer's stamp before the city sees the permit.

  • Room and second-story additions
  • Structural engineering and permitting
  • Rooflines and siding matched to the existing house
  • In-law suites and accessory dwelling units (ADUs)

04

Custom home building

Design-build from the lot up, for a family that has looked at every existing house in Auburn and not found the one. We coordinate the design, the permits and the trades under one contract so there is one number to plan around, not five.

  • Lot evaluation and site preparation
  • Design-build coordination from foundation up
  • Energy-efficient framing and insulation
  • Full interior finish-out

05

Decks and outdoor living

Washington weather is hard on outdoor structures, so we build to the state's snow-load requirements first and the look of the thing second, even though most clients cannot tell the difference until winter.

  • Covered patios and pergolas
  • Composite and cedar decking
  • Outdoor kitchens and fire features
  • Engineered to Washington snow-load code

06

Whole-home renovation

For the house that needs everything at once: kitchen, baths, flooring and the electrical panel that has been on a waiting list in your head for three years. One schedule, one crew, one contract.

  • Multiple rooms remodeled on one schedule
  • Electrical panel and plumbing updates
  • Flooring carried through the whole house
  • A single point of contact for every trade

How a project actually runs

The same four steps, every time

No two remodels look alike, but the process behind them does not change.

01

Consultation and free estimate

We walk the space with you, talk through what is not working, and leave you with a written, fixed-price number.

02

Design and permitting

We finalize the plan, pull any required permits, and schedule the inspections before a single wall comes down.

03

Construction

The same crew runs the job daily, with a schedule you can see and a single person to call with questions.

04

Final walkthrough and warranty

We walk the finished space with you room by room and stand behind the work after we leave.
